SMELL: Intense and elegant, characterized by maderized notes due to light oxidation, in which
hints of dried apricot and candied orange peel emerge.
TASTE: Full-bodied, medium fruity, with a long-lasting final freshness
FOOD PAIRING: Toasted cread with liver or ham pate, blue goat cheese, fish soups, but also dry
desserts such as biscuits or fruit-based like baked peaches with cocoa and amaretti.
